On April 21, 2022, the Carroll County Water Authority adopted a Reservoir Management Plan for the Indian Creek Reservoir.  Much like the plan for the Snake Creek Reservoir, recreational activities are limited to fishing and electric/hand powered boating.  A complete copy of the plan is available below.
