On November 2, 2021, the Georgia Environmental Protection Division issued two water withdrawal permits for the operation of the Indian Creek Reservoir with supplemental pumping from the Little Tallapoosa River.  The permits include low flow protection criteria, pumping limitations, and water quality monitoring requirements.  A copy of the permits can be viewed using the links below:
